Longhorn beef is very lean and yet fully marbled and tender andhas fewer calories, fat and cholesterol than white-meat chicken and is rich in Omega 3s, Iron and other healthy nutrients.

Longhorn beef cooks between 30 and 50 percent faster than conventional beef. You will also want to eat longhorn beef slightly rarer than regular cattle beef with medium-rare being the highest recommended cooking level.
